Free Shipping. No order minimum. Contiguous US.
Your order may be placed on hold if artwork provided is not as per specifications. For orders that are placed on hold: you may cancel with no charge within 5 business day of your order being placed on hold. After 5 business days with no communication from the client there will a 15% cancellation fee, after 30 business days with no communication from the client the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued.
If your order has gone in production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If your order has not gone to print, but artwork has been sent and artwork check has been done, you can cancel the order to receive 90% of its value back. We will charge a 10% processing fee to cover our time spent in reviewing your files.
If you have ordered woven labels, and sample has been developed and you want another sample, we will do one more for free. If you choose to cancel the order after sampling process, only 50% price will be refunded as sampling is as good as running a production cycle. Please make sure you provide correct artwork as per our specifications and know what you are buying before you place the order with us.
Due to the custom nature of your products, we are not able to provide any refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have placed the order it is a binding contract. Please understand this policy before purchase.
If your print is found to be defective due to the fault of Print For Brands, then you may contact Print For Brands to submit a claim within 5 business days of receiving your order, via email at quality@printforbrands.com.
Please submit 2 high resolution images: Image 1- Close up shot of one business card clearly showing the defected areas, Image 2- displaying 20 business cards in one shot with the same defect. Please include an explanation of Print For Brands technical error in detail. The claim must be made via email or etsy, for our documentation purposes. We will review it in 1-2 business day and get back to you as soon as possible.
If printing errors are established, we offer reprinting using same artwork. We want our clients to be happy!
We do not offer exchanges at all. If a printing error is established, we may offer a reprint, but product, stock, file or design changes are not acceptable on reprint.
Orders that have been submitted without completed artwork as per our specifications, will be kept on hold. We will hold the order for a period of 30 days. If artwork has not been received within that time period, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will work as a store credit for a period of 3 months. We expect our customers to be proactive with their orders, if you need design assistance, you may hire us to do a design for you.
